With the upcoming Autumn Budget on the 26th November, we are soon to find out how the government plans to fund their climate and nature goals. What does this mean for climate and nature in the UK? And how can your local MP influence these decisions before and after the budgets announcement?

‘’Understanding the Budget, and understanding your MP’ will give you a run down of what the Autumn is for, what impacts it has for climate and nature, and what experts are predicting from this year's budget. Additionally, we will teach you how your MP can influence budget decisions (before and after the budget is announced) and how to understand your MP, and how best influence them to take action.

This training will include tips on researching your MP to understand what they can do to influence government decisions on climate and nature, and what would motivate them to act.
