Act Now, Change Forever: Level Up Your Strategy For Political Change

June 5, 2025

Thursday, 5th June, 6.30 - 8.00 pm -- Tuesday 17th June, 1.00 - 2.30 pm -- Wednesday 18th June, 6.30 - 8.00 pm

This summer, on the 9th of July, thousands of people from communities across the UK will head to Westminster to meet their MPs at the Act Now, Change Forever mass lobby — calling for urgent leadership to protect the places we love and secure a better future for all.

Already have experience meeting your MP – and ready to step up your impact?
Join Hope for the Future for this advanced session designed for campaigners who want to drive deeper, longer-lasting political change through and beyond the Mass Lobby.

We’ll build on your existing skills to help you:

  • Make the most of your meeting on the day to secure stronger public commitments
  • Use compelling storytelling and framing to shift your MP’s thinking
  • Move from a one-off meeting to a longer-term relationship with your MP
  • Turn your Mass Lobby experience into a springboard for local community organising
  • Set long-term goals and develop a local campaign strategy
  • Connect with other campaigners to strengthen your collective voice and influence

You’ll also hear inspiring real-world examples of how previous campaigners have turned conversations into meaningful change — and meet others who, like you, are passionate about creating a greener, fairer future.

About Hope for the Future

Hope for the Future is a climate and nature charity with a vision of UK communities and politicians working together to secure a healthy planet for all. To achieve that, we train and support citizens across the UK to develop constructive relationships with politicians, countering the ‘us and them’ narrative that gets in the way of meaningful democratic engagement and political progress. We have over ten years experience of building relationships between the climate movement and our elected representatives to achieve the transformative action we all need.
